For direct bookings, BREAKFAST27 is applied automatically. For reservations made through Airbnb, Vrbo, or another listing site outside our own booking engine, code BREAKFAST27 — along with where you saw it — must be included in the very first message you send us after booking. If that first message doesn't mention it, the code cannot be added or honored afterward, even if you follow up shortly after with it. Qualifying arrivals fall between January and April 2027. Minimum stay is 2 nights (5 nights during holiday periods). There is no booking deadline — the offer is valid throughout the season, subject to availability, and can be combined with other current discounts. Breakfast is served daily at Agrá Restaurant between 7:30–10:30am, including checkout day if your departure is after 7:30am. Breakfast is only available during this window and cannot be refunded or credited if missed. Standard checkout is 10am; late checkout to 12pm is available, subject to availability.
